Order Samples
Most of the pre-finished panel samples can be ordered directly from the manufacturer. We also have samples for you to check out at $80 each — money you will get back once the samples are returned to us.
For custom finish, we provide up to 3 color samples once an order is placed.
Then What?
Work with our design team to finalize the details and place your order!
Order
Project Status
You will be invited to the project plan with phases, tasks, and dates.
Track progress online.
Onsite Measurement
Unless special arrangements, we always come onsite for a precise measurement before fabrication.
With this set of precise measurements, we will go over the plans with you one more time. Then the plan is locked. And the project moves into production.
Production
Lead time depends on the material and finish.
Pre-finished Flat Panel: 2-4 Weeks
Painted Custom Doors: 6-8 Weeks
Deliver
We will reach out when your project enters the quality control phase.
You have the choice of pickup or delivery.
While we don’t deliver ourselves, we can help you coordinate a 3rd party delivery service. We have a list of service providers we work with on regular basis — they know how to properly protect and transport custom cabinets.
Install
All the cabinets come fully assembled.
We recommend hiring professionals for the installation work. But if you are doing DIY, ask us about our day-one installation consultation service.
